Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hospitality business.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills. You will be responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies that drive revenue growth, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall customer experience.

  • Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure that all staff members are trained to deliver exceptional service.
  • Manage a team of hospitality professionals to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2-4 years' experience in a senior hospitality management position.
  • Demonstrated expertise in hospitality operations, including customer service, team management, and financial management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • A valid food hygiene certificate.
  • The ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods.
