Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Hospitality Operations Manager to join our team. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurants and bars, ensuring that every guest receives exceptional service.

About the Role

As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the overall operations of our restaurants and bars, including staff management, inventory control, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness. You will work closely with the culinary team to ensure that all food and beverage items meet our high standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring sales and profit margins, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of our restaurants and bars, ensuring that every guest receives exceptional service.
  • Manage staff performance, providing coaching and development opportunities as needed.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure that inventory levels are accurate and that stock is properly managed.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness in all aspects of restaurant operations.
  • Monitor sales and profit margins, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase revenue.
