Position:- Lead hospital operations, overseeing infrastructure development and renovation projects.

- Competitive remuneration package up to SGD 14,000 per month.
- 15.5 months average salary benefit.
- Candidates with up to 3 months' notice may apply.

We are seeking a strategic and experienced hospital operations leader to join our community-based healthcare institution.
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving long-term infrastructure expansion, managing facilities, and optimizing operational efficiency in line with the hospital's care and service mission.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead major campus development and renovation projects.
- Manage hospital facilities maintenance, engineering, and safety compliance.
- Oversee procurement and contract management processes.
- Drive strategic maintenance operations, ensuring cost-efficiency and operational reliability.
- Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative teams on operational planning.
- Uphold the values and standards of the institution, fostering a respectful and inclusive workplace culture.
- Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in hospital or healthcare operations.
- Prior leadership in campus development or hospital infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of hospital procurement, facilities planning, and maintenance.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and project management skills.
- Comfortable working in a faith-based, non-profit healthcare setting.
