Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential corporate partners
  • Support the preparation of presentations, proposals, and partnership materials
  • Coordinate and track outreach activities and follow-ups with prospective clients
  • Develop partnership engagement strategies and maintain partner databases
  • Support event planning and logistics for engagement sessions and appreciation events
  • Monitor partnership KPIs and prepare reports for internal review

You will work closely with the Marketing & Partnerships Development team to support the growth and engagement of our Corporate Partner Community.

This role provides end-to-end exposure to the corporate partnership lifecycle – from prospecting to engagement. You will gain understanding of HR industry trends, stakeholder and account management techniques, strategic thinking, and communication skills in a real-world corporate environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additionally, you should have a keen eye for detail and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.
