Key Business Partnerships Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage key business partnerships for our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations, planning, and reporting.

Main Responsibilities:


• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.


• Develop and implement strategies to strengthen existing partnerships and establish new ones.


• Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of partnerships and make data-driven decisions.


• Lead operational projects to improve efficiency and productivity.


• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements:


• Diploma/Degree in Business, Operations, or related field.


• Proficiency in Japanese at JLPT N2 level or higher, or equivalent, due to the nature of communicating with Japanese-speaking clients and customers.


• Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English.


• 3–6 years' experience in operations, coordination, or team leadership.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.


• Organised, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable Qualifications:


• Experience in service operations, logistics, immigration, or customer-facing environments.


• Familiarity with working with Japan market stakeholders.
