Business Partnership Manager

Job Summary:

The Business Partnership Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for external customers and business partners in Asia. Key responsibilities include ensuring that pricing, discounts, terms, and conditions comply with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure business controls are in place for order entry and compliance of order acceptance with corporate marketing policies.
  • Communicate and negotiate with external customers and divisions on products delivery dates.
  • Proactively monitor exception orders and ensure appropriate contingent actions are taken to meet delivery schedules.
  • Implement key processes in Customer Services and be proactive in initiating and leading projects to improve and streamline order management tasks.

Qualifications:

A minimum Diploma in Business Administration or a related discipline is required. Candidates without experience are welcome to apply. A minimum of 1 year of call center/customer service experience will be an added advantage.

Required Skills:

  • Good interpersonal and customer handling skills
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Mandarin communication skills (for Chinese customers)
  • Analytical mind with good organizational and planning skills

Working Conditions:

Working location: Ang Mo Kio Working hours: 9.00 am to 6.00 pm (5-days work week)
