Key Account Management Role:
This position involves overseeing key accounts, coordinating customer relationships, and driving sales initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Implement customer business strategies and promotional calendars across Modern Trade (MT) channels.
- Collaborate with the Operations team and in-store merchandisers to drive sales and visibility initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of pricing, trading terms, product listings, and promotional agreements.
- Act as a primary contact for MT customers, ensuring effective communication and timely support.
- Build strong relationships with retail stakeholders to foster growth, execution excellence, and service quality.
- Monitor sales performance, stock availability, and promotional effectiveness.
- Coordinate with the supply chain and Operations team to ensure orders, deliveries, and activations are fulfilled.
- Provide input for customer reviews based on data insights and market feedback.
- Compile performance dashboards, trackers, and reports for internal use.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in key account management, customer coordination, or sales support.
- Experience in Trade/Channel Marketing is beneficial.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required.
