Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients by understanding their business goals, challenges, and needs.
- Act as the main point of contact for all communications between the company and important clients.
- Address and resolve any issues or inquiries from clients promptly and effectively.
- Identify chances to present extra products or services to important clients via upselling or cross-selling.
- Collaborate with internal teams to devise tailored solutions that cater to clients' evolving needs.
- Present new products or services to clients and engage in negotiations for contracts or agreements as needed.
- Create strategic account plans for key clients, detailing objectives and growth strategies for execution.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry progress to identify opportunities and potential risks.
- Utilize data-driven insights to continuously improve strategies and approaches in managing key accounts.

Requirements for a role in key account management or sales in the building automation or security systems industry include a Bachelor's degree in relevant fields, experience in sales, strong interpersonal and communication skills, negotiation abilities, strategic planning proficiency, and commitment to achieving set goals.
