Corporate Accounting Assistant

Job Summary:
The Business Support Specialist will provide essential administrative and financial support to our team at International Business Capital (IBC). This role involves maintaining accurate financial records, processing accounts payable and receivable, and providing general administrative assistance. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proficient in bookkeeping, and able to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Transactions: Record financial transactions in the bank book and QuickBooks software.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle general administrative tasks, manage office supplies, and maintain company records.
- Accounting Duties: Maintain general ledger accounts and financial reports, process accounts payable and receivable.
Requirements:
- Strong bookkeeping knowledge and understanding of financial transactions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Experience using accounting software (QuickBooks) and data entry.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
