- Job Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a Customer Support Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing current and new customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. They will provide exceptional customer support by offering solutions and alternatives. They will maintain strong relationships with vendors and customers through effective communication.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage customer relationships: Ensure that all customer interactions are professional, courteous, and timely.
- Provide excellent customer service: Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain vendor relationships: Develop and maintain positive relationships with key vendors and suppliers.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment, strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking, proficiency in computer software programs and applications.
