
Reception Management Executive

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for managing the front desk of a service firm, providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your key tasks will include:
- Ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of customers through the reception area.
- Providing information and support to clients on various services offered by the firm.
- Handling client queries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Managing incoming and outgoing documents, including faxes and emails.
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
Key Skills and Qualifications:- Minimum GCE 'N' Level or equivalent qualification.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service and dispatch operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay calm under pressure.
- Fast-thinking and solutions-oriented individual.
- Familiarity with using computers, booking software, and data entry systems.
