**Roles & Responsibilities**

**ROLE OVERVIEW**

We are looking for dynamic individuals to join our project executing Fine Dining Pop-up experiences under some of the most biggest names in the culinary world.

The **Reception & Reservations Manager **is responsible for the daily operation of the reception team. A primary focus of this role is to nurture a culture whereby the team are Brand Ambassadors and able to deliver Michelin Star Cycle of service.

**KEY OBJECTIVES & DELIVERABLES**
- Work with the duty managers to maximise revenue by increasing floor capacity and improving seating turn during operation by collaborating with the duty managers
- Train the team on Sevenrooms reservations management and phone etiquette
- Proactively responds to guests' feedback on offering and service
- Implement and oversee Membership WhatsApp group SOPs
- Monitor, guide and train the reception personnel to meet guest satisfaction through personal recognition and prompt cordial attention from arrival through departure
- Implement a Team Development Program to foster team success and career growth
- Is in charge of team rosters and leave management
- Supports the HR Function through the recruitment and the hiring process
- Work with the F&B Manager in the preparation and management of the Department’s budget.
- Communicate with duty managers during service to ensure seating wait times are kept to a minimum
- Daily review of upcoming bookings to ensure efficient and smooth running of the service across all floors
- Review all bookings with the duty manager to ensure tables/VIP areas allocations and special requests are all executed
- Execute daily briefing and allocations of the team to ensure greeting/seating/departure of the guests is up to standards
- Run regular training sessions with the reception team to ensure cycle of service and all SOPs are executed in line with company’s expectations
- Update and implantation of SOPs to ensure quality assurance is met at all times
- Monitor reception personnel to ensure and patrons consistently receive VIP service and special recognition
- Greet VIP guests personally
- Liaise with other departments and necessary outside contracts to ensure excellent service delivery
- Handle guest complaints and refer them as necessary, follow up on corrective action
- Overall responsible for ensuring and maintaining all reception areas running smoothly and efficiently
- Appraise appearance, discipline and efficiency of all staff under direct supervision and initiate immediate remedial action if necessary
- Implements Quarterly Appraisals of the team as per company’s standards
- Organize and conduct regular meeting for all Reception staff to facilitate communications and smooth operations
- Work closely with the Membership Director to align Reception and Membership SOPs pertaining venue communications, handling of member enquiries, monthly activations, etc.

**The right person and skills required**
- Must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Michelin Star customer service experience for at least 3 years
- Proficient in SEVENROOMS reservation platform mgm
- Well versed in Thai & Asian Cuisine is preferable

- Preferably Senior Manager specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent with a strong background in either fine dining or luxury service.
