Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Executive to lead our sales initiatives in the Singapore market for the Fisher Scientific Channel business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accelerate sales growth and achieve revenue objectives within the Singapore region.
  • Formulate and execute strategic sales initiatives aimed at broadening our customer base and enhancing market presence.
  • Provide effective leadership and mentorship to the sales team, promoting a culture of collaboration and inclusivity.
  • Establish and maintain robust relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis and competitive assessments to uncover new business prospects.
  • Oversee the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to contract finalization.
  • Work closely with cross-departmental teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer projects.
  • Collaborate with both in-house and external suppliers to offer comprehensive solutions to our clients.
  • Develop metrics to evaluate the success of sales strategies and provide coaching to enhance team performance.
  • Create a comprehensive 5-year Strategic Plan (STRAP) in collaboration with the team and implement it upon receiving necessary approvals.
  • Measure and expand share of wallet for all clients.
Qualifications:

Educational Background:

  • Master's degree in Life Sciences or a related discipline (MBA preferred).

Experience:

  • A proven history of success in sales, with over 10 years of experience in a comparable position.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a focus on driving a high-performance sales culture.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive mindset with a strong drive to exceed targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving market environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a keen ability to identify and address client needs.
  • Proven success in executing sales strategies and initiatives.
