Position Overview

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a skilled and motivated individual to join our Distribution Channel team as a Senior Executive in agency Offboarding.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Oversee the offboarding process for our agency network, ensuring a smooth transition for both the agency and the business.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to agencies undergoing the offboarding process, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the offboarding process, including policy transfers and reassignments.
  • Manage financial recoveries from resigned agency representatives, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
  • Process change of agent requests from policyholders across all business lines.
  • Respond to external reference requests and conduct DNC checks as required.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the offboarding experience, improving risk, compliance, and process efficiency.
  • Regularly report to management on the status of offboarding activities, providing valuable insights.
Essential Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in a comparable role, preferably within the insurance and/or FA channels sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Superior organisational and time management skills, enabling effective multitasking and prioritisation.
  • A detail-focused and analytical mindset, with a passion for process improvement.
