We are looking for a skilled Hotel Service Manager to join our team. As a Hotel Service Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring that their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this role is SGD $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will receive comprehensive health insurance, 20% off food & beverage at Garcha Group restaurants and bars and all Marriott hotels, and a 2-night yearly staycation including all meals and beverage (incl. alcoholic) in any of the four Garcha Group hotels in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities- Verify that guests receive the best possible restaurant service, including breakfast, lunch, executive lounge, dinner, bar, and events.
- Ensure restaurants maintain the correct atmosphere, sound, light, and look at all times, reflecting the brand's image.
- Complete ongoing training to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you stay up-to-date with the latest hospitality standards.
- Communicate effectively with the culinary team to ensure seamless operations.
- Entertain guests consistently, professionally, and positively, exceeding their expectations.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness, adhering to Singapore Government and Marriott Standards.
- Monitor the quality and quantity of all food and beverage items served, ensuring consistency and excellence.
- Manage inventory and report routinely, maintaining accurate records.
- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices
