Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Service Lead to join our team at THE CAPITOL KEMPINSKI HOTEL SINGAPORE.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional service to guests by recommending, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Ensure seamless communication with customers, responding promptly to their inquiries and requests.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers to build a loyal customer base.
  • Monitor inventory levels, implement waste management strategies, and maintain a clean workspace.
  • Perform cashiering duties, adhere to outlet opening and closing procedures, and participate in routine cleaning tasks.
  • Uphold the highest standards of food and beverage safety and hygiene policies.
  • Lead the service team, setting a positive example and promoting a culture of excellence.
Salary Information:

The estimated annual salary for this position is SGD $45,000 - $55,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

This role requires a skilled professional who can deliver exceptional customer service, lead a team effectively, and ensure seamless operations in the hotel's food and beverage department.
