Job Title: Hotel Guest Services Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and courteous Hotel Guest Services Representative to join our team at MOMENTUS HOTEL ALEXANDRA.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our hotel guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable. This includes greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival, handling guest inquiries and requests in a professional and efficient manner, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch service to hotel guests, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay.
  • Process guest check-in and check-out, handle room assignments and key card distribution, and maintain accurate records of guest stays.
  • Manage guest requests, including but not limited to, wake-up calls, extra towels, and local attraction information.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions to provide informed recommendations to guests.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and food and beverage, to ensure seamless delivery of services to our guests.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role or a related field, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and software, including property management systems and point-of-sale systems.
  • Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service, with a focus on creating a positive and memorable experience for our guests.
