Pharmaceutical Project Coordinator

The role of a Project Scheduler in the pharma industry involves coordinating and planning project timelines to ensure successful completion. This includes developing and maintaining master schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project, coordinating inputs from various teams such as design, procurement, construction, and validation.
Responsibilities include sequencing key activities based on pharmaceutical schedule logic and process flows, weekly update of site progress, monitoring critical paths and buffer time, identifying potential delays and supporting mitigation or recovery planning, managing milestone schedules linked to equipment installation and validation, preparing weekly/monthly reports and 3-week lookahead schedules, providing scheduling input during project and client meetings, supporting preparation of Time Impact Analysis (TIA) and claims, participating in project risk reviews integrating schedule-related risks into the risk register, working with construction, safety, and logistics teams to optimize sequencing, coordinating with validation team to meet IQ/OQ readiness milestones.
This requires a Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Construction, or Project Management, with at least 5 years of experience in scheduling, preferably 3 years in pharmaceutical projects. Proficiency in Primavera P6, skill in MS Project and Excel analytics is necessary. Familiarity with GMP workflows and cleanroom construction sequencing is also required. Knowledge of Singapore construction regulations and site safety requirements is a plus. Possessing PMP certification is an added advantage.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Construction, or Project Management
