Pharmaceutical Project Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Pharmaceutical Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of complex projects in the pharmaceutical industry.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to bridge communication between English and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

About This Role
  • This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Pharmaceutical Project Coordinator.

You will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting the development and management of project schedules across engineering, procurement, validation, and commissioning.
  • Monitoring progress, highlighting potential delays, and recommending recovery actions.
  • Serving as a key liaison with Chinese-speaking vendors/partners, translating technical updates when needed.
  • Preparing progress reports to ensure timelines meet GMP and regulatory milestones.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams (Engineering, QA/CSV, Procurement, Validation) to keep projects aligned.
Requirements
  • 3+ years' experience in project scheduling or coordination (pharma, biotech, or EPC preferred).
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project (L5 expertise).
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
  • Solid understanding of GMP and regulatory project requirements.
  • Familiarity with online planning and digital project systems.
