Pharmaceutical Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team.
Job DescriptionA seasoned project coordinator is required to oversee the planning and execution of pharmaceutical projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and the ability to bridge communication between English and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage project schedules across engineering, procurement, validation, and commissioning.
- Track progress, flag potential delays, and recommend smart recovery strategies.
- Act as a liaison with Chinese-speaking vendors/partners, translating technical updates as needed.
- Deliver progress reports to keep teams aligned with GMP and regulatory timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, QA/CSV, Procurement, Validation) to ensure smooth project execution.
- At least 3 years' experience in project coordination in pharma, biotech, or EPC industries.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project (L5 expertise).
- Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
- Understanding of GMP and regulatory project requirements.
- Familiarity with online planning and digital project systems.
- Hands-on experience with CQV / pharma facility projects.
- PMP or PMI-SP certification.
