The company is seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Licensing Coordinator. This position will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of publishing licensing activities, ensuring compliance with standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with supervisors to gain expertise in publishing licensing policies and objectives
  • Ensure smooth execution of licensing cycles in assigned territories
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure licensed content complies with internal standards and rights holders' guidelines
  • Coordinate with Contract & Royalty team to analyse royalty statements and track payments
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with rights holders, licensees, and publishing partners
  • Negotiate licensing deals and identify best partners to maximize sales performance
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform strategic decision-making
  • Prepare documentation to finalize licensing deals in a timely manner
Requirements:
  • More than 2 years of professional experience in B2B industry
  • Business level fluency in English
  • Bilingual level Japanese
  • PC skills (MS Office)
  • Open-minded, flexible, punctual, communicative, attentive, respectful
  • Comfortable in multicultural environment

This role requires strong negotiation and market analysis skills, as well as experience in publishing licensing. The ideal candidate will be able to build lasting relationships with rights holders and licensees, and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
