Currently seeking an experienced **Publishing Lead **with a proven track record of successfully launching and monetizing profitable **GameFi projects **.
**Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire commercialization lifecycle, from strategy development to execution, ensuring seamless operations across the full chain of publishing. Take ownership of all aspects of the GameFi project's publishing process, driving profitability and sustainable growth.
- Lead the overall marketing strategy for the product, utilizing solid brand management, strategic marketing planning, and effective media and PR resources to establish a positive perception and positioning in users' minds.
- Drive user engagement and organic growth through diverse marketing and operational tactics, including but not limited to social media, community building, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Develop a comprehensive monetization model and sales strategy for the product, taking full responsibility for achieving revenue targets.
- Oversee metrics related to user acquisition, user quality, market reputation, and the product’s long-term market popularity.
**Requirements**:
- Comprehensive understanding of the GameFi commercialization pipeline, with experience leading at least one profitable GameFi project and deep involvement in commercialization strategy and operations.
- Expertise in marketing methodologies, with a strong theoretical foundation and proven hands-on experience.
- Extensive market and product insights, with familiarity with the current state of the domestic and international GameFi markets.
**Key Focus**:
Expertise in Web3 commercialization, taking responsibility for the Web3 monetization strategy of our TPS project.
