As an Education Programme Manager, you will join our team of experienced professionals who are passionate about education and training. You will play a key role in shaping our education strategy and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Job Summary
The Education Programme Manager will be responsible for managing the development and delivery of our training programmes. This includes collaborating with subject matter experts, designing and developing high-quality programmes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop training programmes in areas such as digital skills, sustainability, and emerging industries.
- Ensure that all programmes are in alignment with Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) standards and are digitized for blended learning models.
- Regularly review and update training materials to ensure they remain relevant and innovative, incorporating the latest industry trends and standards.
- Manage the registration process with SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) and oversee all related accreditation procedures.
- Develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and systems to meet SSG's quality standards.
- Establish and optimize internal systems for ensuring compliance, efficient administrative processes, and quality assurance practices.
- Conduct regular audits to monitor adherence to compliance requirements and prepare detailed reports on compliance metrics.
- Stay informed about the latest SSG policies, guidelines, and changes, and train staff on compliance protocols.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with SSG, industry partners, and regulatory bodies to ensure programme alignment with market needs and industry trends.
Requirements
- Degree in Education, Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in adult education, training provider operations, or SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) programme management.
- Strong working knowledge of SSG frameworks, including WSQ and TPQA standards, as well as the funding processes.
- Proven experience in setting up training institutions or scaling operations while adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Certifications such as ACTA (Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment) or DACE (Diploma in Adult Continuing Education) are highly preferred.
