Job Summary

The Education Programme Manager will be responsible for managing the development and delivery of our training programmes. This includes collaborating with subject matter experts, designing and developing high-quality programmes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop training programmes in areas such as digital skills, sustainability, and emerging industries.
  • Ensure that all programmes are in alignment with Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) standards and are digitized for blended learning models.
  • Regularly review and update training materials to ensure they remain relevant and innovative, incorporating the latest industry trends and standards.
  • Manage the registration process with SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) and oversee all related accreditation procedures.
  • Develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and systems to meet SSG's quality standards.
  • Establish and optimize internal systems for ensuring compliance, efficient administrative processes, and quality assurance practices.
  • Conduct regular audits to monitor adherence to compliance requirements and prepare detailed reports on compliance metrics.
  • Stay informed about the latest SSG policies, guidelines, and changes, and train staff on compliance protocols.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with SSG, industry partners, and regulatory bodies to ensure programme alignment with market needs and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Degree in Education, Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in adult education, training provider operations, or SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) programme management.
  • Strong working knowledge of SSG frameworks, including WSQ and TPQA standards, as well as the funding processes.
  • Proven experience in setting up training institutions or scaling operations while adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Certifications such as ACTA (Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment) or DACE (Diploma in Adult Continuing Education) are highly preferred.
