**Our Client is a leading global financial institution that delivers a broad range of financial services across investment banking, securities, investment management and consumer banking.
**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure training plans submitted by managers, review plans, keep them up to date (update file with any changes that come through From the managers)
- Schedule trainings in line with the training plans by coordinating managers for logistics ahead of the training session
- Track and updating training sessions with attendance details by working with training organizers
- Support reporting requirements to show progress made against program goals
- Support evidence gathering and overall support for audits (internal audit or external)
- Help update initial claim forms that are required to be submitted to IBF / MAS

**Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree required

2. Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills both

written and oral

3. Previous experience in Operations and/or Financial Services

industry will be plus
