You design, develop, review and update the organisational excellence framework deployed in the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF). On this, you work closely with personnel of all ranks from the SAF training institutes in the areas of data collection, data analysis and preparation of assessment and recommendation reports. You also monitor the progress of the training institutes in implementing the organisational excellence framework and provide assistance where needed. You are expected to research, review and update the framework periodically in order to ensure that the organisational excellence framework is relevant. Your challenge lies in developing valid and reliable measurements for the sub-components of the organisational excellence framework that will reflect the status of Training Institutes accurately.

You must have a tertiary qualification, preferably with at least 2 years' working experience. Possession of good communication and writing skills is essential. You must be competent in engaging both military and civilian partners and stakeholders. You should possess good working knowledge in the use of statistics and data visualisation tools. Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
