Business Customer Support Specialist

As a Customer Support Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide top-notch customer service via phone, email, and chat, ensuring that our customers feel valued and supported.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide custom solutions.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively address customer inquiries.
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored support and solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our customer support processes.
- 2+ years of customer support experience, preferably in a B2B setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
