Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team at HCS Scientific & Chemical Pte Ltd. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing timely and professional assistance to customers, processing orders, and managing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, or other communication channels.
  • Process customer orders and manage order fulfillment and delivery arrangements using SAP ERP.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues related to orders, deliveries, and invoicing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field.
  • Experience with SAP ERP, particularly in modules related to Sales Order (SO), Delivery Order (DO), and Invoicing (INV).
  • Strong understanding of order management and customer service principles.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
