About the Role

PitchBook is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our Account Management & Customer Success team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients via phone, email, and chat. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers receive timely and effective support, resolving their issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with the support team to troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions
  • Communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing, to ensure smooth resolution of customer issues
  • Document customer interactions in Salesforce to inform product improvements and optimize the customer experience
  • Partner with global teams to ensure continuous support availability during required business hours
  • Support the vision and values of the company through role modeling and encouraging desired behaviors
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1 year of experience in a customer service role
  • Client-first attitude and a passion for engaging with customers
  • Ability to stay updated with changing industry and financial market trends
  • Prior experience with Salesforce or similar CRM preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Business fluency in Japanese

Working Conditions

The current expectation for this role is that you are working in the office 3+ days/week and that you are in the office full-time during the training period.
