Sales and Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a skilled Sales and Client Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for representing our brand by providing exceptional service, driving sales growth, and fostering lasting customer relationships.
This role requires delivering top-notch customer service, addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally, and deepening understanding of our products to offer suitable solutions. The successful candidate will actively engage with customers, implement upselling strategies, and manage the end-to-end sales process to contribute to sales targets.

To succeed in this role, you will need:
At least 2 years of experience in FMCG sales or customer service
Strong communication skills and the ability to establish trust with clients through effective problem-solving and attention to detail
Comfort with CRM systems and the Microsoft Office Suite
A high school diploma minimum; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
