Job Purpose:

We are looking for energetic, highly driven team players to be part of our growing Client Relationship team. In this role, you are responsible for establishing, developing, and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. This role serves as the primary liaison between the company and its clients. Key responsibilities include conducting sales presentations to potential clients, effectively communicating the value of the company's products or services, and revisiting existing clients to reinforce relationships, gather feedback, and identify new business opportunities. By providing proactive support and consistently high service standards, the Client Relationship Manager drives client loyalty and contributes to the company's long-term success.

Job Description:

  • Pursuing new customers to increase customer base and providing onboarding support and training for these new customers.

  • Engaging and building relationship with new and existing customers to improve product adoption across the full range of products so as to achieve personal sales target.

  • Offer pre/post sale services and solutions.

  • Expediting the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.

  • Collate, and update management on market and competitors' activities and to provide insights into market trends and development.

  • Participate and assist in corporate marketing events, activities, and training for customers.

Job Requirements:

  • GCE 'O' level/Nitec equivalent

  • Preferably with sales experience

  • Highly motivated and driven with a proven track record

  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills

  • Bilingual in English & Mandarin (to maintain and develop relationships with existing and new Mandarin speaking customers)
