Client Relationship Manager

Responsibilities Manage and nurture relationships with key global clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive business growth and achieve sales targets. Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with company offerings and deliver tailored solutions. Analyze client data and market trends to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Provide regular updates and reports on account performance and progress to senior management. Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Conduct regular client meetings to review performance address concerns and explore new opportunities. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all client interactions. Utilize CRM-Sales tools to track client interactions and maintain accurate records. Lead contract negotiations and renewals to secure favorable terms for both parties. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client industries and competitive landscapes. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance client strategies and drive business outcomes. Support the development of marketing and sales materials to effectively communicate value propositions.Qualifications Possess a minimum of 12 years of experience in account management with a focus on CRM-Sales. Demonstrate strong analytical skills to interpret client data and market trends effectively. Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships. Show proficiency in CRM-Sales tools and software to manage client interactions efficiently. Have a strategic mindset to develop and implement effective account plans. Display the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model. Maintain a proactive approach to identifying and addressing client needs.Certifications Required
