Sales Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Sales and Business Development Specialist to drive sales growth in Southeast Asia, Taiwan, HK, South Korea, and Japan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing assigned distributor accounts, developing long-term sales strategies, and promoting Dana brand awareness in the region.

With a strong background in automotive aftermarket sales, this individual will be expected to work closely with our APAC Sales Manager to achieve sales objectives and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage assigned distributor accounts in Southeast Asia, Taiwan, HK, South Korea, and Japan to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow the market share of Dana's power technologies products in the region.
  • Promote Dana brand awareness and develop new distributors in assigned regions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide market insights, competitor analysis, and business recommendations.
  • Work closely with the APAC Sales Manager to ensure alignment with regional sales goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or mechanical engineering relevant.
  • 5-8 years of experience in automotive aftermarket sales, preferably with a focus on drivetrain and powertrain technologies.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share in Asian markets.
  • Strong management skills with ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region (up to 50% of working time).
Compensation and Benefits

This role comes with an estimated annual salary of $85,000 - $110,000, depending on experience, plus benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and generous paid time off.
