Talent Acquisition and Employee Lifecycle Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition and Employee Lifecycle Manager to join our team at Amara Sanctuary Resort Sentosa. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Human Resource Manager in the full spectrum of Human Resource functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer interviews, prepare appointment and confirmation letters, and other relevant tasks.
- Ensure smooth onboarding, offboarding, and employee life cycle processes for all business units.
- Verify and input monthly attendance and allowance reports into the system for payroll purposes.
- Prepare monthly HR reports as required by management.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures within the resort.
- Manage industrial accident cases with MOM, coordinate with insurance brokers, and follow up with claimants.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data records.
- Coordinate associates' communication channels, including noticeboards and engagement initiatives.
- Ensure proper maintenance of employee facilities, such as locker rooms, cafeterias, and noticeboards.
- Process associates' benefits and claims administration efficiently.
- Process part-timers' requisitions promptly.
- Facilitate mid-year and annual performance appraisal exercises effectively.
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the service or hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Maintenance of confidentiality at all times.
- Meticulous and organized approach to work.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
This position offers the possibility of converting to a full-time employee.
What We OfferThe successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of SGD $4,200 - SGD $5,000 per month, depending on experience.
