Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations Manager to join our team at ARTIS DESIGN STUDIO PRIVATE LTD.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding. They will also act as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances, fostering a positive workplace culture and handling conflict resolution professionally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding. Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances. Foster a positive workplace culture and handle conflict resolution professionally.
  • HR Policy and Compliance: Develop, implement, and update HR policies in line with local labor laws. Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.
  • Performance Management: Facilitate employee performance reviews and provide guidance for professional growth. Support managers in identifying training and development needs.
  • Compensation and Benefits Administration: Administer payroll, employee benefits, and incentives. Ensure competitive compensation structures to attract and retain top talent.
  • HR Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. Generate reports on HR metrics for management review.
  • Training and Development: Organize training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in an HR generalist or executive role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Estimated Salary:

Ranging from $60,000 to $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
