About the RoleThis is a dynamic opportunity for a seasoned HR professional to lead talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance initiatives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, developing strategic recruitment plans, and ensuring timely recruitment of top talent.
Additionally, they will oversee employee onboarding, offboarding, and exit interviews, as well as manage payroll processing, attendance management, and employee benefits.
The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies, with the ability to navigate complex employment challenges.
They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and external partners.
We offer a competitive salary range of SGD 60,000 - SGD 80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities- Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, manage job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
- Employee Relations: Provide advisory support on employee issues, manage exit interviews, clearances, and offboarding procedures.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
- Payroll Management: Process payroll, manage attendance, and ensure timely payment of salaries.
- Benefits Management: Manage employee benefits, including leave, insurance, bonuses, and incentive programs.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Human Resource Management or Business.
- At least 3 years of experience in HR operations in Singapore.
- Strong knowledge of statutory regulations and the Employment Act.
- Maturity and ability to navigate complex employment challenges.
- Flexibility and willingness to be hands-on in all aspects of the role.
- Ability to deal appropriately with confidential information.
- Prior experience in F&B industry is a must.
