Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities- Familiarize employees with benefits packages and ensure they understand their entitlements.
- Hire new employees who align with the company's vision for the future and support business growth.
- Release employees when necessary, ensuring a smooth transition and maintaining positive relationships.
- Resolve disputes between employees in a fair and timely manner, promoting a harmonious work environment.
- Plan and execute corporate events and team-building activities that foster collaboration and camaraderie.
- Establish pay scales that are competitive and equitable across the company.
- Create community outreach programs to engage employees in charity, volunteer, and goodwill initiatives, promoting social responsibility and corporate citizenship.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and policies related to employee benefits, payroll, and HR practices.
- Community Outreach: Develop and implement programs that promote employee engagement and community involvement.
- Microsoft Office: Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to manage administrative tasks and create reports.
- Microsoft Excel: Skilled in using Excel to analyze data, create spreadsheets, and develop charts.
- Administration: Manage multiple tasks, prioritize projects, and maintain accurate records.
- Payroll: Process payroll transactions, ensure accuracy, and maintain confidentiality.
- Employee Engagement: Foster a positive work culture, encourage open communication, and recognize employee contributions.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and company policies related to employment, benefits, and labor practices.
- Grants: Research and identify grant opportunities to support community outreach programs and charitable initiatives.
- HR Policies: Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures that promote fairness, equity, and employee well-being.
- HRIS: Maintain accurate employee records, track attendance, and monitor performance metrics.
- Corporate Events: Plan, coordinate, and execute events that enhance employee morale, build relationships, and promote teamwork.
- Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, prioritize tasks, and manage budgets to achieve project objectives.
- Team Player: Collaborate with colleagues, stakeholders, and management to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Human Resources: Provide HR support, advise on employment-related matters, and contribute to the development of HR strategies.
- Employee Relations: Resolve conflicts, mediate disputes, and promote positive employee relations.
- Performance Management: Evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, and develop plans for improvement.
We offer a competitive salary package, including:
- $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
