Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations/availability Management: Ensure the smooth operation of applications and services, including monitoring and resolving issues related to availability and performance.
  • Incident Management: Respond to and resolve incidents in a timely and effective manner, minimizing downtime and impact on customers.
  • Problem Management: Identify and resolve the root cause of incidents, implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Change Management: Plan, implement, and test changes to applications and services, ensuring minimal disruption to customers.
  • Service Request Management: Manage and resolve service requests from customers, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Release & Deployment management: Plan, implement, and test releases and deployments of applications and services, ensuring minimal disruption to customers.
  • Capacity Management: Monitor and manage the capacity of applications and services, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
  • Knowledge Management: Maintain and update knowledge bases and documentation, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available to support teams.
  • Continual Service Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the quality and efficiency of support services.
  • Utility Management: Manage and maintain the tools and utilities used to support applications and services, ensuring optimal performance and availability.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in Application support or L2 support
  • Prior experience in application development, maintenance, support and deployment
  • will be advantageous
  • Knowledge in Boomi Platform especially Boomi Integrations (*1)
  • Experience in database like Oracle, MySQL server, Postgres
  • Experience in database query scripting (SQL)
  • Good knowledge in Agile methodologies and AWS suite of services
  • Strong analytical, problem solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication with emphasis on technical writing skills
