Junior Researcher

We are seeking a Junior Researcher to join our team in the asset management industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist Recruitment Consultants with effective and timely assignment delivery.
  • Undertake executive research, candidate management activities, and maintain accurate information on candidates and clients.
  • Conduct targeted market mapping, talent pooling, database searching, networking, and headhunting to identify suitable candidates.
  • Build relationships with candidates and track their career goals and progress.
  • Approach suitable candidates and screen against agreed competencies and criteria for each project.
  • Capture and maintain accurate market, client, and candidate information on the company's database.
  • Maintain database and other ad-hoc assignments.
