**Responsibilities**:
**_Accounts Payable (AP): _**
- Ensure that all invoices are posted timely in the accounting system
- Manage vendor invoices by matching to Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO).
- Process claims, reimbursements and suppliers’ invoices.
- Handle bi-monthly payment cycle.
- Co-ordinate with respective account signatories for signing.
- Prepare accrual journals for month end reporting.
- Perform accounts analysis and audit schedules.

**_Other accounting/admin support _**_: _
- Assist in fund raising activities.
- Provide accounting assistance to SSA/Unit Leaders.
- Any other duties as assigned by supervisor and management.

**Desirable Attributes & Qualifications**:

- Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
- 2 - 3 years’ experience in relevant fields an advantage.
- Meticulous and diligent.
- Ability to work well in teams.
- Experience with accounting software.
