**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Accounts Receivables (AR) Functions1. Maintaining up to date billing system as follows:

- Code and generate invoices / credit notes for non MSDS invoicing (e.g. SLDC billing).
- Generate e-invoices (IFAAS).
- Perform Inter-department billing (Debit Note).

Receipts (by cash / cheques / AFP / Internet Banking)
- For AFP mode of payment, checking of AFP forms to ensure accuracy & completeness before deducting from Group Fund.
- Allocate payments in QB system
- Perform bank deposits

2. Generate monthly Aging Report to forward to respective departments for collections.

3. Review AR Aging to ensure compliance.

4. Perform account reconciliations and investigate any irregularities or enquiries.

5. Keep accounts receivable files and records.

6. Handle AR and month-end closing.

7. Maintain month end schedules.
- Other duties and responsibilities: _
- Assist in fund raising activities.
- Provide accounting assistance to SSA / Unit Leaders.
- Support cashier related duties, financial & accounting related work.
- Assist in answering incoming phone calls.
- Any other duties assigned.
- Note: AFP denotes Authorisation for Payment**Desirable Attributes & Qualifications**:

- Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
- 3 years' experience in relevant fields.
- Experience in aaccounting software.
- Good interpersonal skills with positive mindset.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Initiative and meticulous.

**Working Hours**

Tuesday to Saturday
