Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and researching potential clients to expand market reach
  • Developing and enforcing business processes and policies that support the overall operational structure
  • Negotiating terms of contracts with clients and engaging with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment
  • Leading the sales cycle from initiation to closure
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree required; applicants with a Diploma and over 10 years of relevant experience will also be considered
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, or a similar role
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage strategic partnerships to facilitate sustained business growth
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce
