Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Marketing and Business Development Executive that is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive cusotmer acquisition while also identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand our market reach. This dual role requires a blend of creative marketing skills and strategic business development acument.

Responsibilities:

Marketing

1. Marketing Strategy and Planning

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and insights and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.

2. Content Creation

  • Create compelling and engaging content for various marketing channels, including website, blogs, social media and email newsletters.
  • Collaborate with designers and other stakeholders to produce high-quality marketing materials.

3. Digital Marketing

  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, PPC and social media advertising.
  • Anlayse and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to drive continuous improvement.

Business Development

1. Market Expansion

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify potential clients, partnerships and new markets.

2. Collaboration and Networking

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, operations and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build a strong network and stay updated on industry trends.

Qualifications:

Education: Diploma or bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: 0-3+ years of experience in marketing and business development, preferably in technology sector.

Skills:

- Strong understanding of marketing principles and business development strategies.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, social media management tools).

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
