Job Description

As a Child Development Specialist, you will be working closely with families and social partners to provide support and guidance on early childhood development, health, and social welfare.

You will conduct home visits, assess, and monitor the children's health and development, and work closely with parents to deliver child development strategies.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and be able to work effectively with diverse groups of people.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma in Social Work or a related field
  • 2-3 years' experience in social service, working with families or early childhood education sector
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organised, meticulous, and adaptable to changes
  • Able to work at least two evenings per week
