Job Title:
Site Modeler - Building Information Modeling (BIM)

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Site Modeler to join our team and contribute to the development of 3D models in alignment with ongoing construction activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BIM modeling, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with site engineers, consultants, and the BIM team.

The candidate must be proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and familiar with BIM 360/ACC. They should also possess knowledge of construction processes and onsite coordination practices.

To succeed in this role, the candidate should have a diploma or bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field, along with 1-3 years of experience as a BIM Modeler.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about BIM and want to work on fast-paced AEC projects in Singapore.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Model architectural, structural, or MEP elements in Autodesk Revit based on construction drawings and site conditions.
  • Coordinate with site teams to incorporate mark-ups, as-built changes, and real-time updates into the BIM model.
  • Assist in the generation of shop drawings, quantity take-offs, and schedules from BIM models.
  • Support clash detection and coordination using Navisworks or similar tools.
  • Ensure all models comply with project BIM standards, LOD, and data requirements.
  • Collaborate with BIM Coordinators and site engineers to resolve modeling issues or discrepancies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience as a BIM Modeler (Revit-based).
  • Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and familiarity with BIM 360/ACC.
  • Knowledge of construction processes and onsite coordination practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Must be open to working onsite at client projects in Singapore.
