Job Title: Building Information Modelling Expert

As a skilled Building Information Modelling (BIM) expert, you will play a key role in our team, coordinating and managing BIM processes for Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) projects. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing BIM execution plans, working closely with project teams to ensure accurate modeling and coordination of M&E systems.

Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and manage BIM models and libraries to ensure consistency and accuracy across all projects.
2. Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to develop and implement effective BIM workflows and standards.
3. Provide training and support to project teams on BIM software and processes, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
4. Assist in the development and improvement of BIM standards and workflows, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes as needed.

Requirements:
1. A degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is essential for this role.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM coordination, preferably in M&E projects, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
3. Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD is crucial for this position, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for successful collaboration with project teams and stakeholders.
