BIM Modeller

As a skilled professional in Building Information Modelling (BIM), you will be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate and detailed models of architectural designs.

  • Develop comprehensive BIM models utilising Autodesk Revit Architecture, Structure, and Navisworks to produce high-quality drawings and documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and implementation of best practices in BIM methodologies.
  • Design, develop, and implement effective procedures and standards for model management, sheet layout, layering, and drawing formats to enhance team productivity and efficiency.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to junior team members to help them improve their BIM skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Architecture/Engineering/Construction or equivalent qualification is preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit Architecture, Structure, and Navisworks, along with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • At least 3 years of experience in C&S, Architectural BIM Modeling related projects, preferably with experience in Common Data Environment (CDE) management.
  • Able to work efficiently under pressure and deliver high-quality models and shop drawings within tight deadlines.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC Build) is an advantage, but not essential.
