We're looking for a skilled Building Information Modelling (BIM) professional to join our team.

Job Description

As a BIM Modeler, you will be responsible for creating and developing 3D models of building systems. This involves preparing and designing the layout of electrical and mechanical systems within buildings.

You will work collaboratively with other disciplines to ensure that all BIM models are clash-free and meet the required standards.

In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring that all system layers, filters, and Revit families are properly organized and adhering to the project's BEP template.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work under pressure, and possess strong communication skills to liaise with team leaders and engineers.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and prepare 3D models of building systems
  • Collaborate with other disciplines to avoid clashes on BIM models
  • Ensure system layers, filters, and Revit families are properly organized
  • Liaise with team leaders and engineers regarding project requirements
Requirements
