About the role
We are seeking an experienced Building Information Modelling (BIM) Manager to join our team. As the BIM Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the implementation and management of BIM processes and technologies across our organisation. This is a full-time position that will allow you to make a significant impact on the success of our building services engineering projects.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and implementing BIM standards, protocols, and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects
  • Coordinating and overseeing the creation of BIM models and associated data by the project teams
  • Providing training and support to project teams on the effective use of BIM tools and technologies
  • Collaborating with project stakeholders to identify and address BIM-related challenges and opportunities
  • Monitoring and reporting on the performance of BIM processes and technologies to drive continuous improvement
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest BIM industry trends and best practices, and implementing them within the organisation

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar BIM management role within the building services engineering industry
  • Proficient in the use of BIM software, such as Autodesk Revit, and experience in managing BIM projects from concept to completion
  • Excellent technical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex data and develop innovative solutions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Thorough understanding of BIM standards, protocols, and best practices within the industry
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and the ability to effectively coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
