Job Title: Senior Building Information Modelling Expert

As a Senior Building Information Modelling (BIM) Expert, you will lead the development and implementation of BIM standards, workflows, and protocols across projects. You will coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and project teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and enforce BIM standards, workflows, and protocols.">
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to enhance digital construction processes and drive innovation.">
  • Review and validate BIM models for accuracy, quality, and compliance with project standards.">
  • Provide training, guidance, and support to project teams on BIM software and best practices.">

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.">
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant BIM experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial/lead role.">
  • Strong knowledge of BIM software (Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, etc.).">
  • Familiarity with ISO 19650 standards and BIM execution planning.">
  • Proven leadership in managing cross-functional BIM teams.">
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.">
