">We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Building Information Modeller to join our team.
">Job Description:
">As a Senior Building Information Modeller, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate building information models for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
">You will work closely with cross-functional teams to review BIM deliverables and support digital construction workflows.
">Your responsibilities will include conducting clash detection and resolution using Navisworks Manage and Autodesk Construction Cloud, extracting construction drawings, schedules, shop drawings, and 3D views for tendering, construction, and handover.
">You will also maintain model accuracy, data integrity, and version control in the Common Data Environment, and use ACC tools for issue tracking and site coordination.
">Required Skills and Qualifications:
">To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field, and 4-5 years of experience in BIM design & build, contractor, or subcontractor environments.
">You should be proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Autodesk Construction Cloud, and have experience in model development, review, validation, and clash resolution.
">A knowledge of ISO 19650 and BIM Execution Plans is a plus.
